Q: How do I place an order?
A: Ordering on Silverbonbon.com is super simple! Once you have found the item you want, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. From here, you may calculate shipping, or continue shopping. When you are ready to place your order, follow the directions through the checkout. We accept all major credit cards securely, as well as online payments from Paypal.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your payment information.
Q: How do I know my order is placed?
A: You should receive an email with a receipt from email@example.com after your order is placed. If you don't receive any emails from us within 20 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still have not received anything, your order may not have been placed and you will need to contact us to confirm your order.
Q: How are you able to offer so many products for free?
A: We're able to offer items for free as instead of paying for traditional advertising to create direct sales, we're using that budget to cover the costs of the products and offer them for free (for a limited time, of course).
Q: Are there any hidden charges with the Free Promotion?
A: Nope! What you see is what you pay, as we are 100% transparent with our costs. While we do cover the product costs, we ask that you cover the shipping & handling fees, as we could not stay in business if we were to provide both for free at this time. The handling and shipping costs are $9.00 per product.
Q: Do you deliver products internationally?
A: We sure do!! Silver Bonbon successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!
Q: When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
A: Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and shipping company process the orders, which takes an additional 2 - 4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery usually takes about 12-45 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 19 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Delivery time ultimately depends on distance travelled, customs, weather, and local delivery standards.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Please allow 12-31 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 45 days). We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

Q: I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong variant! Can I change it?
A: If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Q: How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.
Q: Are your items real silver?
A: Yes, our items that are labelled 925 silver are real sterling silver some with a rhodium finish or a touch of gold plating, which will be noted on the products description. Please note we do sell silver plated items too, this will be clearly labelled in the descriptions.
Q: What is Sterling Silver?
A: Silver is a precious metal and, much like gold, is too fine to be utilized in a 100% pure form. To make it durable enough for use in jewelry, pure silver, which has a .999 fineness (99.9%), is often alloyed with small quantities of copper (7.5%). The copper is added to strengthen the silver and the resulting product is .925 sterling silver (92.5%). This alloy is strong enough to be used in jewelry.
Q: What is Rhodium and Rhodium finish (Platinum plate/finish)?
A: Rhodium is a metal that is a member of the platinum family. In its natural state Rhodium is found to be liquid, not solid like platinum. In its liquid state Rhodium can be applied to gold, sterling silver, base metals or other alloys to give it the shiny white surface of platinum but at a fraction of the cost. The rhodium coats the silver to enhance shine and durability. This metal top layer is usually applied using a process known as electroplating.
Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?
A: Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally tarnishes. Some people like a tarnished antique look. Those who don't can clean their sterling silver jewelry with any silver polish or cleaner available at local jewelry stores. You can also use warm water with some soap and a toothbrush to clean it. Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before putting it away in a dry cool place. Try to avoid using harsh chemicals when wearing Sterling Silver as it is a precious metal and certain substances can harm your jewelry.
Q: Is the jewellery hand-made?
A: SilverBonbon pieces are produced using a variety of techniques. Some pieces are still handmade, however, we also use other techniques such as electroforming, lost wax casting and gold plating.
Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
A: We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once they are on the way :-)
Q: Can I return and item?
A: We don't think you will need to ;-) but if you're not happy with your item, please contact us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item, along with checking out our Returns & Refunds Policy which is at the bottom of the checkout page.
